Happiness

One thing I learnt is that happiness is self made. You judge your own happiness in life and through self awareness. Some people tend to be more cheery as they make more self celebrations in their thoughts.

For example, "I had a good sleep yesterday so today I will be happy for the entire day and no one can stop me from being happy". That is called self celebrate and satisfaction.

The so called "being emo" is self made too. Some people tend to make more "self emo-ness" or sarcastic sadness. You can see from how they talk and how they are being sad out of nowhere. They tend to worry about stuff every single day. For example, "I fancy a girl for 10 years and I still cannot be with her. And she's married." This is I'm-gonna-sulk-everyday-because-I-will-never-have-my-girl emotion.

In contrast, the "self celebrate/satisfied" person will be like, "It's fine that she's married, it means I'm official free to hit on other girls. Woohoo!" :)

I'm sharing this to let people know that you can decide your own happiness in life. For a healthy lifestyle, a person should have a healthy mind and be positive in life. Do what makes you happy and not making other people happy. Cherish every little things around you.

You should also avoid doing things that you will never succeed - I'm trying to refer to things like "I'm gonna marry Prince Willion" or Jessica Alba if you are a guy. You still can dream of having something you don't have if it is likely to happen if you work your ass off out of it. For example, say you want to be a supermodel. It is rather unlikely if you don't have the right figure or pretty face, but if that is your will, then work hard for it such as going on strict diet or apply for modelling job, you will never know it might work.
There is no such thing as overnight celebrity. They worked really hard for it.

My happiness
---------------
One thing I realised that people who is successful in life tend to be cheery people - people who are always smiling as they are self satisfied and contented. I've noticed this from people I work with at work to people like Barack Obama or Tony Fernandes. Hence, I will to try to maintain being cheery in life. :)

So....

Today, I'm happy because:

-  I had a good sleep
- My room is tidy and pretty
- I lost 1 kg (yes, I am vain this way)
- I cleaned my kitchen and it's now sparkling clean
- I talked to my mum on the phone
- I bought Olympics tickets (woohoo!!!)
- I studied for a few hours
- I had a good day "chillaxing" at home

And finally....

I was given a heart shaped chocolate toppings for my skinny Cappuccino. Sweet :)

xoxo
